Dispute Resolution

We will request for an injunction against infringements and/or issue a warning seeking compensation, and then initiate negotiations.
If the warning and negotiations do not lead to a resolution, we will partner up with an external legal firm for a lawsuit.

Contracts

We will conduct patent and trademark licensing and transfer negotiations on your behalf.
